Every survailance camera and phone call is monitored by the government. Every one except for this one phone that Max Peterson (Shane West) just received. This mysterious cell phone, controlled by NSA's central computer, gives you everything you can possibly want and tells you just how to get it. However, every government agency in the world wants this one phone and will stop at nothing to get it. Because of this Max ends up the target of a deadly international plot. Running for his life Max is being chased by dangerous security operatives across the globe, while a powerful government official pursues a mysterious agenda that threatens the stability of the entire world.
